Job Title: Junior Engineer (Only Night Shift) Department: Engineering / Operations Location: Registered office at Plot No 111-114 Swayam industrial Park Near Kuha Water tank Opp Gharda Ghar Indore highway Kuha Ahmedabad -382430 Shift: Night Shift (e.g., 03:30 PM – 12:00 PM) Reports To: Senior Engineer / Shift Supervisor Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to support our engineering and technical operations during the night shift. The role involves monitoring systems, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring operational efficiency during overnight hours. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain equipment, systems, or processes during night operations Perform scheduled maintenance and safety checks Respond to technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff Record and document operational data, incidents, and maintenance activities Collaborate with day-shift teams for smooth handover and reporting Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Assist in testing and implementing engineering solutions or updates Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome) Basic knowledge of engineering tools and systems Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required Good problem-solving and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Experience with shift-based manufacturing, plant operations, or technical support Familiarity with safety protocols and quality systems (ISO, GMP, etc.) Work Environment: Night shift in a plant environment May require standing, walking, or use of tools and instruments for extended periods
