Job Description

Role : Junior Accountant

Location - Chhatarpur, New Delhi

Salary upto 30k

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of daily income, expenses, purchases, and payments.
Tally & Zoho Books: Record and manage accounting entries in both systems.
Invoices & Billing: Prepare invoices, record vendor bills, and maintain payment records.
Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements with accounting records.
Payables & Receivables: Track vendor dues, outstanding payments, and client receivables.
Expense Management: Organize bills, receipts, and reimbursement records.
GST & TDS Support: Assist with documentation, basic calculations, and filing preparation.
Reporting: Prepare basic Excel reports and monthly accounting summaries.
Documentation: Maintain financial records and support the senior accountant or CA.
