Junior Accountant

We are looking to hire a Junior Accountant to support real estate projects with day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The role is full-time and based in Thane working closely with the promoter on bookkeeping, cost-tracking, and statutory compliance.

Key responsibilities Execute daily accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) entries with precision using Tally Prime. Maintain Excel/Google Sheet trackers for site-specific budgets, vendor payments, and cash-flow reports. Prepare and file financial documents, invoices, bank statements, and tax challans (physical and digital). Conduct weekly reconciliations of bank, vendor, and contractor ledgers to maintain absolute data accuracy. Assist with data preparation for monthly GST returns, TDS deductions, and RERA compliance documentation.

Ideal candidate 0–3 years of rigorous accounting experience, ideally within the real estate or construction sectors. Proficient with Tally Prime and Excel/Google Sheets; training on internal reporting SOPs will be provided. Precise, highly organized, and sincere, with a zero-tolerance approach to data discrepancies. Preferably based in or near Thane for office-based work.
