Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle day-to-day commercial activities and customer coordination.
Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely follow-up for collection.
Visit customers at different locations as required for payment follow-ups and commercial matters.
Coordinate with customer accounts and finance departments for payment processing.
Maintain records of outstanding receivables, invoices, and payment status.
Follow up on pending bills, documentation, and payment-related discrepancies.
Prepare regular reports on outstanding payments, collections, and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with the internal accounts and sales teams to resolve commercial issues.
Undertake regular domestic travel as required for business-related activities.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for someone who has experience in dealing with Public Sector Undertakings & Indian Railways
