Job Description

Lalit RMC India Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team at Manesar. Candidates with knowledge of accounting, billing, Tally, and MS Excel are encouraged to apply. Freshers with a relevant educational background are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping entries.
• Prepare and manage bills, invoices, and billing documents.
• Assist with E-Billing and E-Invoice processes.
• Record financial transactions using Tally.
• Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
• Verify accounting data and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for billing and documentation.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of Tally.
• Understanding of billing and invoicing.
• Knowledge of E-Billing / E-Invoice.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, B.Com, or an equivalent qualification.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Salary

Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
