Help travel creators (think YouTubers, Instagrammers or your go-to travel advisor friend) make money when their fans book trips. Were an early-stage travel tech startup, built by travel-tech industry veterans (ex-Makemytrip, Flipkart, Ola), and we’re growing fast. The Problem You’ll Solve: Travel creators inspire millions to explore, but they don’t earn a rupee when their followers book. That’s broken. You’ll step in to bring creators onboard, get them set up, and grow their revenue - making sure they cash in and their fans get killer travel experiences. What You’ll Do: You’ll work with travel creators, building relationships, managing their earnings, and helping them win. Here’s the gig: - Own Creator Growth: Acquire, onboard and own the P&L for your creators, pushing their revenue up every month. - Build Connections: Get tight with creators - figure out what they need and how we can help them shine. - Dig into Data: Look at numbers to suggest content ideas, travel deals for their exclusive storefront, and tips to boost bookings via their affiliate links. - Team Up: Work with our marketing and tech folks on projects - think campaigns or trip planning. - Make It Smooth: Set up processes to onboard creators and keep things humming as we scale. What We Want: We’re hunting for fresh grads from tier-1 institutes who are ready to hustle and grow with us. No creator experience needed - just bring the fire. Must-Haves: - 0 - 2 years of experience (internships, part-time gigs count). - Solid communication - talk clear, listen well, win people over. - Empathy - get inside people’s heads, spot their problems, fix them. - Quick thinker - street-smart and ready to roll. - Logical - break down problems, find answers. - Numbers-friendly - basic data skills to guide decisions. Good-to-Haves: - Played with Excel or data tools before. - Helped with social media or events (college fests count!). - Bonus if you’re a creator yourself or got a travel bug or creator vibe.
