The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for helping students, and at least two years of relevant experience in academic counseling or education services. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs and career pathways Handle inbound/outbound student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins Guide students through the admission and enrollment process Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions Meet and exceed monthly counseling and enrollment targets Follow up regularly with prospective leads to ensure maximum conversion Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory) Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or student support Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English Confident, persuasive, and student-focused approach Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred) Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets What We Offer: Competitive salary up to ₹40,000/month Performance-based incentives and bonuses Growth opportunities within the organization Supportive and collaborative team culture Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: EDTECH SALES : 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
