Bachelor's degree in ELECTRONICS; ELECTRICAL along with Masters in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Only Invertor Battery sales domain. 0 to 2 years of experience in B2B & B2C sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues Experience in the solar energy industry / power electronics / EV charging is preferred, but not required Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Willingness to travel within the region, as needed, to meet with potential clients and attend industry events.
