Having qualified in PLI (production linked incentive) scheme through MNRE, Government of India, is keenly materializing to set-up 10GW Integrated PV manufacturing for the entire value chain (Polysilicon, ingot, wafer, cell, Module & Glass manufacturing). Industry Type: Integrated Solar PV Manufacturing (Ingot-Wafer-Cell-Module-Glass) Role Category: Inbound Coordinator Project Store (Civil) Role & responsibilities: Position Overview: You will be a part of Stores operation and collaborate with cross-functional departments like Civil, Utility (Mechanical & Electrical) & Contract vendors and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the project store, ensuring the timely and efficient storage, inventory control and distribution of materials required for the project team. The role will involve supporting the Warehouse In-charge in overseeing project-specific inventory management, coordinating with various teams and ensuring that all project-related material handling is aligned with operational, quality and safety standards. Key Skills Required: Inventory Management Project Material Handling Documentation & Record Keeping. Good Communication Skill Basic knowledge on 5S. Soft skills like, Basic computer knowledge SAP (MM Module) is mandatory Detailed Job Description: Coordinate with gate security for the incoming vehicles timely unloading. Ensure the Inward material document like Invoice, packing list, LR copy, E-way bill etc Allocation of manpower to unload the incoming materials from the vehicle. Physical verification inward materials against supplier invoice. Report to shift in-charge if found any discrepancy while unloading materials. Information to the project execution team for inward material details. Preparation of the GRN & hand over the original invoice finance department on time. Maintain the proper records of all the incoming materials. Ensure to paste the GRN label on the individual pallets for identification and traceability. Ensure to move the inward materials from unloading area to respective destinations. Maintaining the 5S activity of the warehouse. Preparation of the documents for rejection and non-conformance material return back to supplier. Preparation of location-wise stock details and share to shift In-Charge on daily basis. Instruction to the operator to issue the materials as per the MR and against approved BOQ. Verification of materials before doing transfer posting in SAP. Ensure to receive the acknowledgement on hard copies of material transfer posting documents after hand over the physical materials to execution team. Preparation of the materials issued register for which the materials were issued to Sub-contractor on chargeable basis & share to Shift in-charge. Sharing the Stock report to procurement and other stakeholders to ensure the availability of the materials as per project schedules. Control the Issuance of material to contractors and other sub-contractors. Preparation of the accurate records for the project materials received, issued, and stored. Ensure to issue the materials on the basis of FIFO. Prepare & hand over the debit note details to the in-charge for which the materials were issued to Sub-contractor on chargeable basis. Preparation of the Service Entry & submission to the finance on time related to the contractor project execution bills. Physical stock verification of allotted material and share the report to the shift In-charge. Preparation of the stock report & share to the shift In-charge on daily basis. Experience : 3-5 years work experience in Stores function with Diploma or equivalent degree in any discipline. Experience in project stores and SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
