Job Description

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues, both hardware and software with engineer, Customer Service: Responding to user inquiries, providing clear and concise explanations, and following up to ensure issues are resolved. Escalation: Knowing when to escalate complex problems to more experienced IT personnel or other departments. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of issues, solutions, and customer interactions for future reference. Communication: Effectively communicating with users, both verbally and in writing, to explain technical concepts and provide instructions. Training: Providing basic training to users on how to use software or hardware, and troubleshooting common problems. System Maintenance: Contributing to the maintenance of computer systems and networks by installing software, configuring hardware, and resolving network issues. Documentation and Knowledge Base: Maintaining and updating technical documentation and knowledge bases for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
