Overview The International Banking Recoveries professional manages a portfolio of non-performing customer accounts, focusing on recovering outstanding debts through empathetic and professional communication across voice and non-voice channels. The role emphasizes strong negotiation skills to agree on repayment plans while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires efficient case management, adherence to conduct policies and SLAs, and collaboration with internal teams and external professionals such as solicitors and insolvency practitioners to facilitate recovery. Effective communication and relationship-building are essential to successfully managing recoveries in an international banking environment. Key Skills: a) Min 3 years Voice & Non Voice experience with International Banking Recoveries exp is a must for the below requirement.
