Your exceptional skills in 3D modelling, rendering, and animation will help clients envision their projects before they become a reality. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives. - Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and plans to create accurate 3D models and visualizations. - Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings and animations using software like Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Twinmotion, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Ensure visual representations align with project specifications and client expectations. - Apply lighting techniques and material properties to enhance the realism of rendered scenes. - Continuously refine visual assets based on project requirements and client feedback. - Stay updated with the latest trends in architectural visualization and 3D rendering techniques. - Integrate visualizations into presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience as a 3D Visualiser in an architectural or design firm. - Proficiency in software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Twinmotion, Enscape. - Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and material properties. - Proficient in post-production techniques using Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D renderings and animations. - Solid understanding of architectural design principles and construction techniques. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently.,
