Job Description Read manufacturers manuals, circuit diagrams. Preventive checks of Machine safety interlockings Verify the operation of instruments and systems. Repair and adjust system components or remove and replace defective parts. Perform maintenance work and draft maintenance reports. Install measuring and control instruments. Consult and advise industrial process operators. Designing, laying out and preparing sketches for information and control systems. Estimating materials, parts, and equipment to complete assignments. Reading and interpreting meters, gauges, charts, and a Calibration of instruments and preparing calibration certificates. Knowledge of Word and Excel. Knowledge of 5S and Ex Zone safeties. Knowledge of Ex Zone safeties. Knowledge of permit to work system Knowledge of CMMS Knowledge of low voltage control system Knowledge of basic IT & communication devices.
