This position supports the service team by coordinating work orders, managing customer communication, and ensuring timely and effective service delivery. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast- paced environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred. 2+ years of experience in a service coordination, dispatcher, or administrative role (experience in the security or low-voltage industry is a plus). Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with service management or CRM software (e.g., ServiceTitan, simPRO, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and work under pressure. Maintain and update customer records, service contracts, and equipment inventory in the system. Monitor service metrics (e.g., response time, completion time, customer satisfaction) and report on service performance. Support billing processes by ensuring all service-related documentation is accurate and complete. Assist in procurement of parts and materials needed for service jobs. Work closely with other departments (sales, project management, technical support) to ensure seamless customer service.
