Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for IT hardware products. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT hardware solutions. Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product presentations. Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for order processing and fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with product knowledge of latest IT hardware and technology trends. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of IT hardware products (Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Networking Devices, Storage Solutions). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Ability to understand technical specifications and suggest the best-fit solutions. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho CRM/Salesforce preferred). Negotiation and deal-closing skills. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in inside sales (IT hardware domain). Must be currently residing in Pune Immediate joiners Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
