Job Title: Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager Location: Shamshabad/Madhapur, HYDERABAD Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and oversee all financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, team management, and financial reporting. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a keen eye for accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring efficient workflow and high performance. - Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GAAP standards, and company policies. - Manage and coordinate external audits and tax filings. - Develop and implement internal controls and process improvements to enhance financial efficiency. - Provide strategic financial guidance** to senior management. - Train, mentor, and support accounting staff to enhance their skills and performance. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 5+ years of accounting experience - Strong knowledge of GST, tax regulations, and financial reporting - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., TALLY) and Microsoft Excel - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively manage a team. - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
