Key Responsibilities ✅ Identify and engage potential clients through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other bidding platforms. ✅ Generate leads and secure projects in the Healthcare, EdTech, and Software sectors. ✅ Craft persuasive and customized proposals to win bids. ✅ Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth project handovers. ✅ Stay updated with market trends to enhance bidding strategies. Requirements ✔️ Proven experience in online bidding with a track record of closing at least 2 to 4 projects. ✔ Strong understanding of Healthcare, EdTech, and Software industries. ✔️ Hands-on experience with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc. ✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. ✔️ Ability to work independently and meet targets. ✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
