Role Description Roomease is building the future of roommate finding – smarter, safer, and more personal. We’re looking for a driven and skilled App Developer to join us as a core team member. This is not a traditional job – it’s a founder-style opportunity. While there’s no financial compensation, you’ll earn equity in Roomease and gain real ownership in the product you help create. What You’ll Get: •Equity ownership in Roomease •A seat at the table in shaping the app and company from the ground up •Real-world experience building a product used by real users •A chance to work alongside a small, motivated, and ambitious founding team •The title and experience of being an early tech contributor/founding developer Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of mobile app development using one or more of the following: React Native, Flutter, Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android) • Experience with backend integration and working with RESTful APIs • Familiarity with Firebase, SQL/NoSQL databases, or similar tools • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Experience with version control tools like Git/GitHub • Interest in startups, roommate-based apps, or consumer tech Show more Show less
