Position Overview TheDigital Marketing Engineerwill be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email. The ideal candidate has a balance of analytical expertise and creative flair, with strong hands-on experience in marketing tools, automation, and analytics. Key Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis. Optimize website content, structure, and metadata for search visibility. Build and manage backlinks and off-page SEO activities. Monitor rankings and report performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Develop, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and social platforms. Optimize ad performance for ROI, CTR, and conversion rates. Perform A/B testing on ad copy and landing pages. Track spend and performance analytics to meet KPIs. Content Marketing Plan and create engaging blog posts, case studies, landing page copy, and email content. Collaborate with design teams for visual assets and creatives. Align content strategy with SEO and brand messaging goals. Analytics & Reporting Set up and manage tracking via Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations. Measure performance and generate actionable insights. Present weekly/monthly reports to management. Marketing Automation & Growth Manage automation workflows (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). Implement retargeting and lead nurturing campaigns. Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 25 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools. Knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, and marketing automation tools is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for growth metrics.
