Hydraulic Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, actuators, and hoses. Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on hydraulic and mechanical systems. Dismantle and reassemble machinery and mechanical equipment for repair or preventive maintenance. Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and hydraulic schematics. Maintain accurate maintenance records and update work order systems. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety policies and procedures. Collaborate with engineers and other maintenance personnel to resolve complex mechanical issues. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment. Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to reduce downtime. Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency repairs to minimize production disruptions.
