Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Onboarding Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. Ensure completion of documentation, induction sessions, and system access. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems. 2. Sourcing & Recruitment Support Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates. Maintain applicant databases and provide regular recruitment reports. 3. Leave Management Track and manage employee leaves using HRIS or manual systems. Ensure compliance with leave policies and respond to leave-related queries. Prepare monthly leave summaries and reports for payroll processing. 4. HR Operations Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Support in policy implementation and employee communication. Assist in organizing training, engagement activities, and internal events. Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide general support to the HR team.
