Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Drive HR system implementation and process improvement. Act as an advisor to leadership on people-related strategies. Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution. Maintain confidentiality and build a culture of trust and transparency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration (Master’s or HR certifications are a plus). Experience & Skills Required: 4–7 years of hands-on HR experience. Strong knowledge of HR tools, best practices, and labor laws. Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple responsibilities. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
