Job Title: HSE Officer / HSE Engineer, India Company: Prescott Venture Pvt. Ltd. Location: Jambusar, Gujarat, India Type: Full-time | On-Site Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE professional to oversee and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental standards at our industrial site in Jambusar. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and foster a culture of safety on-site. Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor site-specific HSE plans and risk assessments (HIRA, JSA, etc.) Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and periodic safety training Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems and ensure adherence Ensure compliance with statutory & regulatory HSE guidelines (Gujarat Factories Rules, OISD norms, etc.) Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports with corrective/preventive actions Maintain records of PPE issuance, fire drills, and safety audits Coordinate with external agencies for safety inspections and audits Promote safety culture among site teams, contractors, and vendors Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical preferred) or Science Diploma in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification 2–5 years of HSE experience in oil & gas, chemicals, or manufacturing industries Good command over safety documentation, compliance, and training delivery Skills: Strong knowledge of PTW, HAZOP, HIRA, MSDS Ability to handle emergency response plans and fire safety systems Familiarity with national/international safety standards Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift License/Certification: NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 07/06/2025
