The DGM - Institutional Sales role is focussed within the Maharashtra cluster for a medical devices company. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and executing strategies to target key institutional customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the Maharashtra cluster, focusing on institutional accounts within the medical device space. • Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with key institutional customers, including hospitals, government entities, and other relevant institutions. • Effectively execute the sales plan by conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with institutional clients. • Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team performance goals. • Monitor and report on sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed. • Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements within the medical device industry. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at institutional customers. • Work effectively with other departments, such as operations, Marketing to achieve sales objectives.
