Job Description

Codebucket Solutions Private Limited (https://codebuckets.in) is seeking a meticulous and technically sound Manager – HR to oversee end-to-end HR operations with a special emphasis on statutory compliance, payroll processing, employee benefits, labour law adherence and government-related filings. The ideal candidate should have in-depth practical knowledge of labour laws, Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Employee State Insurance (ESI) along with strong coordination with external regulatory bodies and government departments. Location - Digha Patna Here is what’s expected from the Manager – HR : •Oversee joining formalities, background verification, and exit processes (full & final settlement etc.). •Prepare salary of all staff as per salary cycle of the company and perform necessary documentation like checking absentee and adjustments beforehand to ensure timely salary disbursement . •Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime and incentives as inputs to payroll. •Ensuring compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory obligations. •Manage all aspects of EPF and ESI registrations (and exit as well), contributions, UAN creation, linking and transfers. •Ensure ESI dispensary allotment, employee IP number tracking, and benefits management. •Supervise monthly payroll in compliance with statutory deductions like EPF, ESI, TDS etc. •Coordinate with Finance/Accounts team for payroll disbursement and salary structuring. •Verify Form 16 and coordinate with the Finance team on taxation issues. •Ensure documentation such as Form 11, Nomination Forms, PF Transfer Forms etc., are collected and maintained. •Implement and enforce HR policies in line with compliance standards. Qualifications and Skills: •We are focusing on domain experience rather than a degree. •Certification in HRM Domain or Labour Law Compliance or Payroll Management is a strong advantage. •HR experience with compliance-intensive roles. •Strong hands-on experience in EPF, ESI and other compliance related works.
