Job Description – HR Manager Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions Monitor performance appraisal systems and training programs Maintain HR records, reports, and employee data confidentiality Coordinate payroll, benefits, and leave management Foster a positive and productive work culture Advise management on HR best practices and workforce planning Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
