Role & responsibilities About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Learning & Development (L&D) Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core L&D processes like LMS implementation, training coordination, and training need analysis. Its an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in organizational learning and HR project execution. Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) Assist in coordinating internal and external trainings scheduling, logistics, feedback tracking Help conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) through surveys, performance data, and stakeholder discussions Maintain and update training calendars and dashboards Support in creating training content, decks, and communication Work closely with HR and functional leaders to ensure learning alignment with business goals Track post-training effectiveness and support continuous learning improvements Preferred candidate profile A graduate or postgraduate (MBA/PGDM preferred) in HR, Psychology, or related field Passionate about learning, people development, and HR technology Excellent with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Prior internship experience in HR or L&D is a plus (not mandatory)
