Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, and assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Support payroll processing and manage employee benefits, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations. Onboarding and Documentation: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and ensuring completion of all joining formalities and documentation. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws. Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office Suite. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: HR Generalist: 3 years (Required) Manufacturing sector: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
