Job Title: HR Generalist Location : Gurgaon Experience : Minimum 2 years Salary : Up to 35k (Based on interview) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Gurgaon. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. 2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. 3. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling. 4. Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Requirements : 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist role. 2. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
