उम्मीदवार कैसा हो: हम ऐसे मेहनती और ईमानदार लड़कों की तलाश में हैं, जो पहाड़ी, दार्जिलिंग या राजस्थानी हों और साउथ दिल्ली में रहते हों। जो गर्मी में “बहुत गर्मी है” कहकर घर ना बैठ जाएं और सर्दी में “ठंड है” बोलकर गाँव ना भागें। हमें ऐसे लोग चाहिए जिन्हें नियमित आमदनी की ज़रूरत हो और जो खुद को सुधारने और आगे बढ़ने का इरादा रखते हों। चाहे शादीशुदा हों या कुंवारे—जरूरी है कि काम के लिए समर्पित हों। ⸻ काम और तरक्की: • शुरू में रोज़ 8 से 10 घंटे काम • 30 दिन बाद सैलरी का रिव्यू • जो मेहनत से टिके रहेंगे, उन्हें ओवरटाइम और सैलरी बढ़ाने का मौका मिलेगा ⸻ भविष्य का मौका: • एक साल में केयरटेकर बनने का मौका • भरोसेमंद लोगों को लंबे समय की पक्की आमदनी मिल सकती है ⸻ हमारे बारे में: हम एक मीडिया और समाजसेवा से जुड़ी संस्था हैं। हम लीडरशिप ट्रेनिंग, आवारा जानवरों की देखभाल, और सामाजिक जागरूकता का काम करते हैं। Type of Candidate: We’re looking for honest, hardworking boys—preferably from Pahadi, Darjeeling, or Rajasthani backgrounds, and living in South Delhi. This job is not for those who make excuses for the weather—no disappearing in the summer, and no running to the village in winter. We want someone who needs a steady income, and is serious about improving themselves and growing in life.
