Key Responsibilities: Guest Interaction: Greeting guests, providing information, and assisting with their needs. Check-In/Check-Out: Handling guest arrivals and departures, including registration, payment, and providing keys. Phone Management: Answering calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate departments. Reservation Management: Assisting with online and phone reservations. Administrative Tasks: Filing, photocopying, and other basic office tasks. Hotel Information: Keeping guests informed about hotel amenities, services, and policies. Other Duties: May include assisting with events, promotions, and other hotel-related tasks. Skills Required: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer Service: Ability to provide friendly and efficient service to guests. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems for check-in, check-out, and other tasks. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues. Language Skills: Fluency in English is typically required, and knowledge of other languages can be a plus.
