Maintain drug inventory levels by ordering necessary medication. - Verify medicine delivery against purchase order. - Improved drug-inventory management system to reduce waste and eliminate backorders - Maintaining digital & document files for pharmacy. - New patient profiles and prescription are entered into the medication input software system. - Direct Interaction with Doctors, Vendors & Customers. Built solid customer relationships and delivered exceptional service. - Patient counseling is as per the doctor’s prescription. - Maintaining inventory records and Preparation of Files such as Schedule H Drugs, Narcotics. Drug - Provided professional advice to patients, their relatives and caregivers. - Planned and implemented a training program with a focus on customer service and quality.
