Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen agency distribution by identifying and nurturing future leaders
• Recruit, train, and manage

  Business Associates (BAs)

  and Advisors
• Drive

  Advisor career progression

  and build a pool of

  Premier Advisors

• Ensure

  Advisor retention

  through continuous engagement and coaching
• Achieve growth in

  New Business Premium (NBP)

  with a balanced product mix
• Ensure high quality of business, renewals, and persistency
• Monitor performance, coach teams, and review outcomes regularly
• Ensure adherence to

  all compliance, regulatory, and internal processes

• Participate in risk mitigation, business continuity, and process improvement initiatives

Eligibility:

• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Agency Sales / Life Insurance
• Strong team handling and recruitment experience
• Local candidates preferred
