Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and innovative Creative Designer to join our real estate marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for designing impactful marketing creatives, branding materials, digital advertisements, property brochures, social media campaigns, motion graphics, and promotional videos for real estate projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, video editing expertise, knowledge of AI-powered creative tools, and the ability to create engaging visual content that strengthens brand identity and promotes real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative marketing materials for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Create social media posts, digital ads, brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, standees, and project launch creatives.

Develop branding materials and maintain visual consistency across all marketing platforms.

Create motion graphics, animated advertisements, promotional videos, and engaging video content.

Edit and produce real estate marketing videos, project presentations, and promotional reels.

Use AI tools and video AI platforms to generate creative concepts, visuals, animations, and marketing content.

Enhance property images, architectural renders, and project visuals for marketing purposes.

Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and digital marketing teams to execute campaigns.

Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality creative assets within deadlines.

Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, AI technologies, and real estate marketing strategies.

Required Software & Technical Skills

CorelDRAW: Designing print materials, brochures, hoardings, flex banners, and other marketing collaterals.

Adobe Photoshop: Image editing, photo manipulation, retouching, and creative compositions.

Adobe Illustrator: Vector graphics, logos, branding, icons, and marketing illustrations.

Adobe Premiere Pro: Professional video editing, promotional videos, property walkthrough edits, and social media reels.

Motion Graphics: Creating animated creatives, text animations, transitions, and promotional content.

AI Creative Tools: Using AI tools for image generation, creative concepts, image enhancement, and content creation.

Video AI Tools: Generating and enhancing AI-based videos, animations, and promotional visuals.

Knowledge of After Effects, Canva, or other relevant creative tools will be an added advantage.

Required Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.

2–7 years of experience in graphic design and creative production, preferably in real estate.

Strong understanding of typography, color combinations, composition, and visual storytelling.

Experience in digital marketing creatives, print design, video editing, and motion graphics.

Ability to use AI-powered tools to improve creative quality and production efficiency.

Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and AI-generated content.

Good communication, time-management, and teamwork skills.
