About the job: Key Responsibilities: A. Health coaching & wellness program development: 1. Conduct one-on-one health assessments, understand client needs, and create tailored wellness plans that include fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being. 2. Guide clients through their fitness routines, provide nutritional advice, and recommend mindfulness practices to foster holistic health. 3. Maintain client engagement through regular check-ins, progress tracking, and modifications to their wellness plans as necessary. B. D2C sales focus: 1. Identify and engage with potential customers (leads) through outreach, social media, and other marketing channels. 2. Promote and sell Mountainor Well Being's wellness programs, products, and services directly to consumers. 3. Use consultative selling techniques to convert leads into long-term clients, offering personalized solutions based on their specific health and wellness goals. 4. Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. C. Progress monitoring and reporting: 1. Track and monitor client progress through metrics like weight loss, fitness levels, and overall wellness improvements. 2. Report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to management for continuous improvement of sales and coaching strategies. D. Customer relationship management: 1. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing them with ongoing support and motivation to stay committed to their wellness journey. 2. Provide timely responses to inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns clients may have about their health programs or services. E. Sales and marketing collaboration: 1. Work closely with the marketing team to align wellness program offerings with customer needs and preferences. 2. Assist in creating engaging promotional content and strategies for driving D2C sales. F. Workshops, webinars, & educational content: 1. Lead online workshops, webinars, and group sessions on fitness, nutrition, and mental health, driving awareness and interest in Mountainor Well Being's offerings. 2. Assist in creating educational content to be shared via social media and other platforms to generate leads and build the brand. G. Ongoing professional development: 1. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in health coaching, fitness, and wellness industry standards. 2. Participate in relevant training and certifications to enhance coaching skills and product knowledge.
