Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead and oversee all HR functions at iLead College. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our human capital strategy, ensuring compliance, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with our educational mission and values. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the college’s vision and objectives. Lead recruitment, on-boarding, and talent management initiatives for faculty and administrative staff. Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with labor laws and institutional policies. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR record-keeping. Drive organisational development, training programs, and employee engagement activities. Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning and institutional growth. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across the institute. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in educational institutions or similar sectors. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead HR initiatives from concept to execution.
