HighBizz is a digital marketing and business solutions agency helping brands grow through creative marketing, website development, branding, and performance marketing. We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create engaging visuals and videos for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design creative graphics for social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Create visually appealing creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Develop designs that align with client branding, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns.
• Create marketing collaterals, promotional materials, and basic branding assets.

Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and ad creatives.
• Add transitions, animations, subtitles, sound effects, music, and other elements to improve video engagement.
• Create engaging video content for social media marketing and paid advertising campaigns.
• Work with raw footage to produce polished, platform-ready videos.
• Adapt video content into different formats and dimensions based on platform requirements.

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with the marketing, content, and performance marketing teams to understand project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, editing techniques, and social media content formats.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent design and editing tools.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour combinations, and visual composition.
• Experience creating social media creatives and engaging video content.
• Knowledge of video transitions, motion graphics, sound editing, and basic animation.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual content.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic designs, video edits, social media creatives, and advertisements.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and platform-specific creative requirements.
• Familiarity with Canva and AI-assisted creative tools is an added advantage.
