Key Responsibilities

• Visual Design & Assets Creation:

  Conceptualize and design high-quality B2B visual assets including corporate pitch decks, whitepapers, infographics, social media graphics, eBooks, event collaterals, and display ads.

• Brand Identity Maintenance:

  Maintain and evolve brand identity standards for both Mentco and Verity Global Solutions, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Partner closely with content writers, digital marketers, and leadership to bring marketing campaigns to life.

• Data Visualization:

  Translate complex data, metrics, and business processes into clear, aesthetically pleasing charts, diagrams, and visual graphics.

• Digital & Web Creatives:

  Create visual elements for landing pages, websites, email headers, and digital ad campaigns designed for customer acquisition and conversion.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:

  Minimum

  4+ years

  of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a B2B agency, tech corporate setup, or professional services firm.

• Portfolio:

  A robust design portfolio showcasing B2B collateral, branding projects, digital campaign creatives, and data visualization/presentation design.

• Software Proficiency:

• Master-level expertise in

  Adobe Creative Cloud

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• High proficiency in

  PowerPoint / Google Slides / Figma

  for executive pitch deck design.

• Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of typography, grid systems, layout design, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Solid understanding of design principles catered to B2B target audiences (clean, professional, modern, data-driven).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and brand guidelines across different entities.
