UONEX is an AI-first platform that helps people find products in real stores near them, instantly. Whether it's a linen shirt or a full wedding look, UONEX connects shoppers with the shops around them that actually have what they want. On the other side, we work with brands, retail stores, and malls to help them get discovered by the customers walking past their doors, understand the demand signals & shopping behavior of shoppers. We're building the bridge between online search and offline shopping, and we're doing it physical-first.

The Role

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You'll design for both sides of UONEX: shoppers discovering what's good in their city (B2C), and the brands, stores, and malls we partner with (B2B).

Your day-to-day will be social media visuals, but the role goes beyond that. You'll also design landing pages and support the team with website and app screens as needed. You don't need to be a product designer, but you should be comfortable working in Figma and eager to grow across formats. What we need from you is a strong visual sense, attention to detail, and the ability to turn ideas into designs that look good and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, including static posts, carousels, and stories.
• Create ad creatives for paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, for both shopper-facing (B2C) and partner-facing (B2B) audiences.
• Design landing pages for campaigns, launches, and partner acquisition.
• Support the product and marketing teams with website and app screens when required.
• Work closely with the content team to bring copy to life visually.
• Adapt visual style between a vibrant, scroll-stopping consumer look and a clean, credible B2B look.
• Maintain consistency with UONEX's brand identity across every touchpoint, and help build and evolve our design system.
• Turn around quick iterations based on feedback and campaign performance.

What You Are Expected To Bring

• Proficiency in at least one of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• Working knowledge of Figma (mandatory), including frames, components, and auto layout.
• Ability to design for different audiences, from everyday shoppers to business decision-makers.
• Basic understanding of how designs translate to web and mobile screens.
• Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn new formats quickly.
• Reliability with deadlines and proactive communication.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
