Graphic Designer

Unique Academy for Commerce provides coaching for professional commerce courses. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn course information, faculty announcements, and campaign ideas into clear, attractive designs for students.

This role involves creating digital and print materials for admissions campaigns, social media, educational content, and events. Your work should make important information easy to understand while maintaining a consistent visual identity.

About the role

You will work with our marketing and academic teams to create designs for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and our websites.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy. You should be comfortable working with faculty photographs, following brand guidelines, adapting designs to different formats, and handling feedback within agreed deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, promotional banners, and digital advertisements.
• Create YouTube thumbnails for lectures, course launches, revision series, and announcements.
• Develop admission campaign creatives, course launch posters, webinar banners, and faculty introduction designs.
• Design website banners, blog covers, email graphics, and WhatsApp promotional creatives.
• Prepare brochures, flyers, standees, certificates, and other print materials when required.
• Edit photographs, remove backgrounds, and create clean compositions while preserving the original appearance of faculty members.
• Adapt designs for different platforms and sizes without losing clarity or consistency.
• Use supplied logos correctly and maintain consistent fonts, colours, and layouts.
• Check names, course details, dates, timings, fees, and other information before submitting designs.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to understand briefs, clarify requirements, and complete revisions.
• Organise editable files, photographs, fonts, and final exports so the team can access them easily.
• Bring fresh design ideas that suit an education brand and its student audience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent professional design tools.
• A strong understanding of typography, spacing, alignment, colour combinations, and composition.
• Ability to create readable, professional designs for mobile screens.
• Confidence in photo editing, image masking, background removal, and compositing.
• Understanding of image resolution, file formats, and digital and print export settings.
• Ability to work from a written brief and explain your design choices.
• Attention to detail, especially when working with names, numbers, and course information.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and communicate deadlines clearly.
• A portfolio demonstrating your design skills and relevant work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
