Graphic Designer

About the Role

TAC Security is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop impactful visual content for its cybersecurity services, digital marketing campaigns, brand communications, and corporate initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, digital branding, and B2B marketing, with the ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand visual content.

The candidate will collaborate with the marketing, content, product, and business teams to create high-quality designs that strengthen brand visibility, communicate cybersecurity solutions, and support lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative and visually appealing graphics for digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns.
• Create designs for social media posts, carousels, banners, infographics, ads, and promotional creatives.
• Develop marketing collaterals, including brochures, company profiles, presentations, product decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
• Design creatives for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Create event and conference collaterals, including standees, backdrops, booth graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
• Design visually engaging creatives for LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Convert creative briefs and marketing objectives into impactful visual concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• Work on video thumbnails, basic video editing, motion graphics, and animated creatives as required.
• Develop multiple design concepts and variations for campaigns and advertisements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to incorporate feedback and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and creative tools.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets for easy accessibility.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from concept development to final execution.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in B2B, SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Figma, Canva, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing social media creatives, digital ads, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into effective visual communication.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics using tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design quality, and versatility is essential.

• A creative thinker who can develop original concepts, rather than only executing designs based on references.
• Understanding of B2B marketing, brand positioning, and digital campaign requirements.
• Ability to work closely with the marketing team to create designs that support lead generation, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking end-to-end ownership of design projects.
