Key Responsibilities

1. Design marketing creatives end-to-end: social posts, carousels, banners, ad units, infographics, thumbnails, presentations and other brand assets.

2. Build and adapt performance & re-marketing creatives, resizing assets into each platform's required formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, landing pages, digital ads).

3. Translate content briefs and campaign objectives into visually engaging, brand-consistent designs.

Own brand consistency and quality gatekeeping.

5. Create visual explainers, charts, process illustrations and data-led infographics that make financial data easy to understand, including compliant disclaimers and risk notes.

6. Keep an organised, reusable template and asset library so the team can move fast without breaking the brand.

7. Collaborate with content & growth teams on headlines, copy and A/B variants; support localisation (English / Hindi / regional languages).

8. Use AI tools responsibly to speed up execution, within brand and compliance guardrails.

Key Competencies

• Strong typography, colour and layout fundamentals; solid visual hierarchy for financial content.
• Colour-accessibility awareness (contrast, colour-blind-safe up/down indicators).
• Brand judgement: able to uphold and iterate an established visual system, and to review others' work objectively.
• Self-driven with low oversight — comfortable owning brand quality without a senior design lead.
• Creativity, ownership, time management, collaboration and clear communication.

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field.

• 3–5 years

  of relevant experience in graphic design and marketing creatives (mid-level). We're looking for someone who can independently own brand quality.
• Experience in fin-tech, financial services or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio matters more than the exact degree.

Portfolio

• Online portfolio link preferred (or a PDF under 20 MB) with 6–10 selected projects, covering: a social media series with platform adaptations, a campaign key visual with extensions, a data-led infographic and a reusable template/brand system piece.
• For each project, state your role, tools used and the brief/result (impact metrics a plus).

Tools & Proficiency

• Core (hands-on):

  Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma (component libraries, variants, auto-layout, shared styles), Canva.

• AI-assisted (daily, brand-safe):

  Midjourney / DALL•E / Adobe Firefly or similar; ChatGPT or similar for ideation and copy support.

• Bonus:

  AI image-to-video tools (e.g. Runway / Kling / Higgsfield AI-type) for rough animation drafts.

• Nice to have:

  basic motion/GIF (Photoshop timeline / Canva), stock & asset libraries, accessibility/contrast checkers.
