Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a good understanding of branding, and the ability to create visually appealing designs for digital and print media. The candidate must be proficient in industry-standard design software and capable of handling multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics, designs, and layouts for digital and print platforms.
• Design social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts and visual content in line with the company's brand guidelines.
• Design marketing collaterals, presentations, company profiles, and other business-related materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and other internal teams to understand design requirements.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual elements as required.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colour schemes, and overall design quality.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver work within established timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
• Review feedback and make necessary revisions to designs based on management and client requirements.
• Maintain organised design files, assets, templates, and project documentation.
• Support the team with creative ideas for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
• 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Knowledge of Canva and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in designing for social media, digital marketing, and print media.
• Good creative thinking, visualisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of digital marketing creatives and advertising formats.
• Experience in branding, logo design, and developing brand identities.
• Knowledge of AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
