About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our onsite team in Pune. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about visual storytelling and wants to contribute to a fast-growing legal tech startup. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging graphics and videos that communicate our brand’s voice, support marketing campaigns, and simplify legal information for our audience. Key Responsibilities: Design creative assets for digital campaigns including social media posts, website banners, infographics, presentations, brochures, and ads. Edit short-form and long-form videos for product explainers, social media, testimonials, and educational content. Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver visual content that resonates with our audience. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visuals. Bring legal topics to life with user-friendly visuals and storytelling. Manage multiple design and video projects with timely delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus. Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, and composition. Ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling visuals. Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work. Excellent time management and team collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Basic motion graphics or animation experience. Familiarity with legal, education, or tech industries is a bonus. Knowledge of UI/UX or basic web design principles. Why Work With Us?
