Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who can create visually compelling designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design, and the ability to translate complex biotech concepts into engaging visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including brochures, presentations, social media creatives, and website graphics
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creative solutions
• Create infographics and visual content to simplify scientific/technical information
• Work on packaging design, product labels, and promotional materials
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design (biotech/healthcare experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills
• Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles
• Ability to interpret briefs and deliver high-quality work
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in biotech, pharma, or healthcare industry
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Understanding of scientific communication or medical illustration

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
