Graphic Designer

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing, engaging and brand-consistent designs for our skincare, haircare and wellness products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design aesthetics, typography, layouts, colour theory and current digital design trends, along with the ability to create premium, modern and consumer-focused creatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital & Social Media Creatives

• Design engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Create social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, advertisements and campaign visuals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for product launches, promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
• Adapt designs to different platforms, formats and campaign requirements.

2. Designing & Branding

• Design brochures and product inserts for skincare, haircare and wellness ranges.
• Maintain brand consistency across product lines and marketing materials.
• Work on product mock-ups, visual presentations and branding assets.
• Ensure designs meet printing specifications, including dimensions, colour profiles, bleed and resolution.

3. E-commerce & Marketing Collaterals

• Create product listing images, banners, infographics and A+ content for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon.
• Design website banners, landing-page visuals, email creatives and other promotional materials.
• Develop brochures, catalogues, presentations, standees and offline marketing collaterals as required.

4. Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing, content and product teams to understand campaign objectives and translate briefs into effective visual communication.
• Contribute fresh ideas, creative references and visual concepts to strengthen brand identity.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends in the beauty, personal care and wellness industries.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in skincare, haircare, beauty, wellness, FMCG or D2C brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign. Knowledge of Canva and Figma is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in social media design, product packaging and e-commerce creatives.
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives and packaging work.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to interpret creative briefs.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
