We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team and create engaging visual content for our digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative social media posts, carousels, banners, and promotional posters for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

- Create eye-catching creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

- Design course promotion posters, admission campaigns, festival greetings, and educational content.

- Develop engaging visuals for AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Full Stack Development courses.

- Create YouTube thumbnails, website banners, landing page graphics, and marketing materials.

- Collaborate with the SEO, social media, and performance marketing teams to develop creatives aligned with marketing objectives.

- Maintain brand consistency, including logos, colours, typography, and design standards.

- Convert content ideas and marketing briefs into visually appealing designs.

- Edit short promotional videos and reels when required.

- Manage multiple design tasks and deliver creatives within deadlines.

- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, social media formats, and creative advertising strategies.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar graphic design tools.

- Good understanding of social media design formats and digital advertising creatives.

- Creativity, visual storytelling, typography, colour composition, and layout skills.

- Ability to understand marketing requirements and create designs that attract attention and engagement.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a digital marketing team.

- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing creatives for educational institutions, EdTech companies, or technology brands.

- Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.

- Knowledge of AI design tools and emerging creative technologies.

- A portfolio showcasing social media designs, ad creatives, banners, and promotional materials.

Experience & Qualification

- Experience: 0–3 years; freshers with strong design skills and a good portfolio may apply.

- Qualification: Any degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. Candidates with relevant practical skills are also welcome.
