Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. You will conceptualize and produce engaging visual assets for digital and print media. Your work will shape how our audience perceives our brand, ensuring every piece of content is clear, consistent, and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept & Creation: Conceptualize and design visual graphics, layouts, marketing collateral, and digital assets (social media graphics, web banners, and presentations).
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all internal and external projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to execute creative campaigns.
• Revision & Refinement: Present design drafts to stakeholders, gather constructive feedback, and iterate designs efficiently.
• Asset Management: Prepare final files for print and digital publishing, ensuring high technical quality.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry design trends, software updates, and emerging visual styles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 2+ years of professional design experience.
• Software Proficiency: Strong command of industry-standard tools such as Corel & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to present ideas clearly and accept feedback positively.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving and diverse design samples.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Graphic design: 3 years (Required)
