Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design Collateral: Create press kits, media alerts, infographics, pitch decks, report visuals, and thought-leadership assets.
• Digital & Social Graphics: Produce eye-catching social media posts, web banners, and digital ads tailored to various client accounts.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and apply client brand guidelines across all external and internal communications.
• Data Visualization: Turn heavy data, statistics, or whitepapers into clean, easy-to-read charts and infographics.
• Collaboration: Partner with account teams and copywriters from the concept stage through final production.
• Revisions & Turnarounds: Handle fast-paced requests, fast turnarounds for breaking news or press moments, and client feedback constructively.
• File Preparation: Prepare final production files for both digital publishing and print vendors.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of graphic design experience (agency background preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) and modern design/collaboration tools (Canva, Figma).
• Core Competencies: Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple client accounts and tight deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Basic motion graphics, video editing, or GIF creation skills (After Effects, Premiere).
• Expert in AI tools like firefly etc.
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency or public relations environment.
• Understanding of basic web design principles or HTML/CSS.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
