Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong command over industry-standard design software, including Adobe Photoshop (PSD) and CorelDRAW (CDR). The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, solid design fundamentals and the ability to deliver high-quality creatives for both digital and print media.

You will work closely with the marketing, content and performance teams to produce visuals for social media, advertising campaigns, e-commerce, branding and print collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for social media (posts, carousels, stories, highlights covers), paid ads (Meta, Google) and website banners.
• Create print-ready designs including brochures, flyers, posters, standees, hoardings, catalogues, packaging, labels and visiting cards.
• Develop and maintain brand identity assets such as logos, colour palettes, typography systems and brand guidelines.
• Design e-commerce assets including product listing images, infographics, A+ content, lookbooks and promotional banners.
• Retouch, edit and composite images for product, lifestyle and campaign visuals.
• Prepare accurate print files with correct dimensions, bleed, CMYK colour profiles and resolution; coordinate with printers and vendors when required.
• Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing and performance campaigns.
• Organise and maintain editable source files (PSD, CDR, AI, INDD, Figma) and a well-structured asset library.
• Translate campaign briefs into strong visual concepts and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Stay updated on design trends, platform specifications and new tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (agency, brand, print or D2C background preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Solid knowledge of print production (CMYK vs RGB, bleed, DPI, paper sizes, Pantone) and digital formats/export settings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.

Software Proficiency

Must have (advanced level):

• Adobe Photoshop (PSD) – photo editing, retouching, compositing, social and ad creatives.
• CorelDRAW (CDR) – vector design, print layouts, packaging, hoardings and large-format files.
• Adobe Illustrator (AI) – logos, icons, illustrations and vector graphics.

Should have (working level):

• Adobe InDesign – brochures, catalogues, magazines and multi-page documents.
• Figma – web banners, UI elements and collaborative design.
• Canva – quick-turnaround templates and team-friendly assets.
• Adobe Lightroom – batch photo correction and colour grading.

Good to have:

• Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro or CapCut – basic motion graphics and animated creatives.
• AI design tools – Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or similar for concepting and image generation.
• Blender / Dimension – basic 3D mockups and product renders.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce or D2C brand design.
• Packaging and label design experience.
• Understanding of ad performance metrics such as CTR, thumb-stop rate and ROAS.
• Basic knowledge of product photography and styling.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
